ok, i've been looking around, and i think split flex tubing looks pretty cheap, so i went out searching for something else.
thinking about using expandable sleeving, since it comes in all colors (even UV reactive) and many different materials (metal braid, fiberglass, flame retardant)
might even try to cap the ends off with heat shrink.
if i did this, and could put a kit together, would anyone be interested? i cant say how much it would cost right now, but i'd say under 50 bucks for every visible cable/hose in the engine bay.

expanded and "installed", just to get an idea.
i'll probably use stock clamps for the hoses, and either zip ties or heat shrink for wires.

it's cheaper in bulk, so tonight i'm going to go measure how much i need for each diameter, and order enough for 3 or 4 sets, i'm sure i can sell at least that many. maybe 2 chrome, 1 blue, and one graphite

Form, post a pic of the materials, and a finished pic of yours when it's done. If it's got a clean look to it, I'm sure there are lots of us who'll be ordering B)
P.S. anything in gold?

speaking of springs, i ordered them tonight (this morning, whatever it is). most likely, i'm gonna hold off on the drop until i get my rims. a friend of mine in lexington has a shop where he does anything and everything under the sun. he's cutting me a deal on the rims that i want and he said he would put the springs on for me too. so i can't really beat that. but thanks for offering to do it for me.
yea, you could take the measurements of my car if you wanted to but i don't know if i wanna drive all the way down there just for that, unless you were to ever so graciously give me the kit once you've got it finished... i mean, you know it is an 8 hr trip down and back, plus the miles i'd be putting on the car and the gas...

i could be nasty about it and say that if he wanted to measure my car that he could drive his happy ass up here but i try not to be like that too often. it doesn't matter to me either way. if you used my car as an example though, it may draw more people with the 2.4 into wanting the kit. perhaps, hell i don't know. i'm not being hateful or anything, so please don't take it that way.

well i wouldnt be exaggerating to say that there are easily 1000+ aleros in the clarksville, tn area.... so i'm sure i'll be alright.
besides, i dont have a 2.4 why should i care? :P
maybe your "buddy" at the shop will clear your corners too, so you can take off the tinted covers and and actually see when you drive at night
