I had a glass pack put on for sh*ts and giggles and it sounds pretty good and surprisingly it is not crazy loud. sounds deep and throaty like my friends 305 only at idle though

welding on a lift can be a major pain in the ass sometimes. Sometimes at work I will just drop the whole exhaust section. It can be hard to get the top of the pipe. Sometimes you just have to drop a hanger. Just some advice
o yea and super 40 duals. I want to see someone do it besides me

magnaflow or flowmaster. I have a magnaflow on mine (although I used a magnaflow hi flo cat and 2.5 exhaust back to a magnaflow muffler) and it sounds better than my buddys V8 dakota.

DynoMax Super Turbo
At least on the 2.4L, the best reviewed muffler for it in my opinion.

I when with the 44's because they are a touch smaller than a 40 and have deeper sound.
3 shops told me it couldn't be done

How much would a CAI affect exhaust sound? Aren't you still taking in roughly the same amount of air?

muffler
Try a camaro muffler flow master 44 with dual pipes...you have to weld it up and place it in the center of the spare tire well and cut some tube to the muffler and tube from the muffler.. try jegs for exhaust tubes or you local shop ...
thats what i had till i started my V8 alero...I'll have a flowmaster again...
