Don't the blinkers have to be amber or something, if you take the orange tint off the headlights isn't it just a white light flashing? Isn't that illegal?? Same with the brake lights too right?

Removing the orange reflector is illegal.
Where I live, either amber or clear bulbs are legal for the front signals, and the cops don't give a fug about the reflectors being gone

You have to check the laws in the state that you are in

yes it is illegal. almost every state im sure is illegal. but who gives a bunny. they wont say anything as long as you have orange bulbs. I have been running clear bulbs for well over a year with no problems.

In California its illegal, but theres ALOT of crap illegal in cali, but cops out here dont seem to care, Its the CHP we have to worry about cuz they like to find everything wrong with your car like colored bulbs, clear corners, lowering height, exhaust being too loud, etc..... when we get caught at the races they like to look over EVERYTHING!!!

as long as they see the amber or orange bulb, they won't bother u. I actually have bright blue bulbs in for my blinkers, cops have seen them, but no trouble yet. And its a minor violation, maybey a warning, sound ordinances are more extreme penaltys.

it is illegal, but if you are not doing something stupid, you will not get a ticket for the turn signals. Unless you live in Cali. I lived there for three years and I probably got a "fix-it-ticket" every other week.

Just avoid place where you know cops are real pricks about poop like that. In have all hyper whites in my headlights no orange bulbs or nothing. I just don't drive my car down to Waikiki where the cops are roosters. I take the wifes car or someone else drives. Just be smart and you will have no problems
