ok, i was stupid got drunk which is not a excuse but me and 2 dude got plastered i had 18 shots of 100proof. opend a car got a bank card and spent 800dollers. so its my first offence so my attorney is thinking i most likely will get probation and commuity service, im paying the guy back for what i bought whits is 220. and gave the stuff back. again i was stupid and have to take car of it

it was in like 6 hours i was lucky i was walking. but yea i have to take care of that. 2 mis and 1 or 2 felony's one already got taken out i think so im hoping for probation for 2years

so yea my attorney said since its first time in trouble with the law i shouldnt go to jail. that it wont make it to a jury trial which is good. and the price im paying for him is a lot for it not even going to a jury trial

well i heard if i get probation after a year off my probation i can go to the judge and get my recorded ex sponged and ill have a clean slate again
