My Sunday Project.. PLZ comment
So I painted my intake, my "3400 sfi", top of block, and I got a new filter head. Comment and let me know what you think.. also painted fuse box...

so... you painted what, to what color?
are the pics in order?
it looks like the 3400 was red and is now blue...? unless the blue was tape... And if its blue FOR SHAME! your billy^2

 shame  it was red but it always flaked.. the couplings on my intake are blue so i did it to match.. the intake before was a polish silver.. i painted that and the top of the block black.. and then i painted the fuse box and the lettering blue... I like red on blue..  it adds contrast.. owell i knew not everyone was going to like blue on red

well I can say I like your intake painted black but not my cup of tea for the 3400 lettering to be red, I like the manifold black but would of liked it red but thats just me other then that good prep work and covering everything up

the blue and red near each other....gives a carnival type color scheme.
just doesn't go. The black is nice. You did use high temp paint, right?
btw... billy has a maroon car, and he did a blue engine bay... then was harassed beyond belief. (good sport took it in stride) he reformed and went red. (or stock, i don't remember)

if it were me, I'd say I'd polish the top of the 3400 lettering rather than paint it. That would go really good on the black manifold.
