Bulb replacement question
I have a quick question, are there individual lights under each gear indicator? (PRND321)

Just one? And to get underneath to replace it with an LED I would just pry out the 'u clip' in the shifter and pry the shifter bezel off over it?

You have to disconnect the ETS button, and take the light bulb out, for the light bulb, just follow it up, and twist it a quarter turn, if it won't turn go the other way. Once you have the light out, it's easy to manipulate the whole thing to see the harness for the ETS button better.

Can't I just pull the shifter bezel up and have enough room to replace the bulb?

Oh yeah, I suppose you can, lol. I'm so used to taking it all the way out that I can do it in a couple seconds, so my bad.

I just did this today. I painted my gauge bezel, radio bezel, and shifter bezel, and replaced the PRNDL bulb with a 194 bulb(tinted red).
Step 1. Put emergency brake on
Step 2. Put car in Level 1
Step 3. Pry off radio bezel
Step 4. Take out the U-clip in the shifter
Step 5. Take off shifter
Step 6. Pull shifter bezel up
Step 7. Disconnect ETS
Step 8. Turn the light halfway
(Step 1-3 are optional but Steps 1-2 are so you can get take out the the Shifter bezel but you will have to take off the radio bezel because it is ontop of (sort of speak) the Shifter bezel and you wont be able to lift the Shifter bezel up.
you might not have to do all these steps depending on if you can reach the light bulb and actually put it in with ease
Good Luck
