LEDS in instrumental panel

Are the B8 series LED Twist Lock Lap (from superbrightleds.com) compatible with the 5 (194) gauge lights in the instrumental panel?
If not which ones on that website are?

Im asking because i read in a forum that it said that they were 194 inverted. What does inverted mean?

i went with the single led bulbs with the 120* beam. no hotspots or any other issues.
