need help stat!
okay here's the problem; for my PRND321 light i replaced it with an LED strip. last night it came unhooked no big deal. tonight i took everything apart and saw that one of the connectors had broke, okay ill replace it. i replaced it and now my gauge lights and hvac lights will not work. checked all fuses (at least ones i thought were related) and un hooked all my floor and cubby lights that were tapped into the cigarette lighter. it cant be the dimmer switch because it will still turn the overhead lights on and off. funny thing is if i un hook the gauge cluster and hook it back up my blue LED's will flash for a sec and then nothing. need any help please i drive in the morning when its still dark out and i wont be able to see anything.

sometimes its #45 under the hood. Parking lamps.
Since its a major problem, instead of looking for logical names... i'd just pull them all(the minis) and check them visually or with a meter. (continuity check)

if its not those, then its a short somewhere....
..but those normally blow fuses.
also... make sure your parking brake isn't pulled up at all. That will also cause that.

sounds stupid... but try tightening the bolts on each side of the dash, fuse panels.
(theres a center bolt that holds it together)

so... not start eliminating. disconnect the center led strip and see if it powers up.
if not, go to another interior light spot and disconnect....see if it works...etc

until you get it pinned down, you CAN rig it so you have gauge lights, by running a power wire from the fuse box (any constant on) or from the cig lighter, to the gray power wire on the gauge cluster harness.
that should work to power the cluster lights so you can drive

Check the wires running from the dimmer switch to the lights that aren't working, they could have been unplugged/shorted
