Well if you are looking purely for comfort, just find out the spring rate on each, lower the spring rate = softer the ride...nice and easy

the type of spring you choose should match your driving style. Do you enjoy taking corners hard and squealing the tires, or do you like to take it nice and slow and not feel any bumps...for instance, i push my car so I would much prefer a stiff suspension that corners well as opposed to a soft suspension which would cause more body roll

sometimes i like to push it and sometimes i take my time....its an everyday driver though. my real goal is to stiffen the suspension as much as possible for a smoother ride but i also want a decent drop. im looking to buy sway bars and the strut tower braces too to make it extra stiff. but to answer u shortly i prefer a stiffer sus. so i can take corners more easily.

that's a contradiction, a stiffer suspension will provide a harsher ride. sounds to me like you want a mid grade spring so you won't have to much body roll, and just a little bounce, then yes get the strut tower bars and some tie bars to make it stiffer from side to side.

Of every spring and damper combination I've tried (and there have been a few), I've found H&Rs to have the best compromise between comfort and handling for a daily driven street car.
