Koruptid, I'm not sure how far you are from the airport in Pittsburgh being from ohio, but Zeli is about 45 minutes from the Pittsburgh Int'l airport. If you would be coming in the turnpike, there is an easier way...
3.4 I'm definately in, we just need to figure out what month we want to do it.
I think we should make an East Coast meet out of this. Between my house and some local hotels, it could be a good time. After the races, we could come back here and have a few drinks or what not, play a little beer pong, whatever. Mitch you are more than welcome to come out and stay here, I know you have a little distance to travel. I'm not sure what kind of prizes there are, but its just a chance to go out and race...legally!!!

I'll probably be at both of the remaining events (Sept 18 and Oct 9). So let's decide when everyone else wants to get out there. I only live about 25 minutes from Zelie, and Brad, you're a little off. Zelie is about 25 minutes from the airport. Straight up 79, get off at 68 and go left (west). At the light at Rt. 19, turn left, then turn right at rt. 288 toward Ellwood City. Can't miss the Zelie airport on you left as you leave town.
And Daytona, as far as prizes, I don't think they actually run by trading pink slips, so no one ever really wins the overall night. A guy I work with took his Judge there this past Saturday and he said they never traded slips, but he ran about 8 times.

Maybe, maybe not...if you're at the airport, you have to go through moon to get to 79 and they are working on 51 before the sewickley bridge so it takes at least 30 minutes to cross the bridge and then about 30 to get there if the bridge was operating completely. I was taking it as I am 15 minutes from the airport here and I go down through rochester and get on 68 there and meet up with 19 at the BP station and that takes about 20 minutes from here...ANYHOW...its not far, so lets just put it that way...lol
Mitch, are you planning on coming out for this? When would be best for you to come out and thats when we could do the aleromod meet. Is september too soon that we should make it from October?

It sounds like this is near the Pittsburgh side of the state which is at least 5 hours drive for me. If it were closer to the Philly side maybe I could have swung it. Just not enough available time to make such a trip out right now.

well i'm def going, and picking up pat (rmulax), koruptid, if you want, you can just meet me here since you will probably be taking 22/30 from stubenville. Matt, we can meet you in zeli if you want maybe at the BP station right where 68 and 19 meet. Let me know if thats cool and we can make that happen...you'll probably be bringing 68 down from butler i'm assuming?

Yup. But I think the BP is closed now. I may be wrong though. But anywhere is fine with me. We may want to meet a little further out of town, because from what I have heard, there are a LOT of cars at these. Are you coming up 79 or 19?

Drags have been cancelled due to the impending rain of hurricane Ivan. They have been rescheduled for 9/25, but I will be out of town then. I still plan on getting to the October races. If anyone goes next weekend, take lots of pics!!
