Hey can anyone tell me how you replace the shift knobs on the automatics? I wanna just kinda yank on it..lol, but I dont wanna break it ya know? Well thanx all!

Never done it, but don't yank on it!

there's gotta be a screw or a plastic clip somewhere, just gotta be!

there's a little plastic clip, resembling a large staple, on the front of the knob. just pry it out with a screwdriver

yup it does look like a big staple if you look in front of the shift knob you will see it use a flat head screw driver to remove the clip
i tried to use the side button it don`t work only top button shift knobs work

its easy i just did it to remove mine, you wanna out youre canr on the "on" postion and move your car into drive position, then simply take out the large staple looking thing and it should pull right up.

I have a side-button shift knob on mine. I guess it just depends on the brand/model you get.
