I did the wheels like this btw there stockies. I sanded them till the they were to bare aluminum. Then i used wheel primer you can get at a local paint store 7.99. Then i used duplicolor matte black then 2 coats of clear.Then with 2000 grit sanded lightly.Then just regular car polish. They have the rim clear that peels and doesnt take the paint with it. I also used the brush paint for the calibers and painted the baby lip and the out line of the olds symbol. i spent about 2 to3 hours on each wheel. Try having bad adhd and keeping a steady hand lol.

yea i did the ligit way i used to do paint by just spraying it and calling it a day. but that didnt work out. so hours of research on you tube and other sites showed me the right way. so i tried it out looks great couldnt be happier. so i was bored one day and tried my skills on a car that i had lying around my 92 lude.

i did a gold and black zebra print just to try it out. i only have one pic and that was of the front end done and tape down the side. looked kinda cool lol sold it to a guy shell only for 2000.00 i thought it was kinda sweet here she is. ill try to find more pics i gotta check my computer. the back end says punky zebra

thanks ive only done it for like 6 months now. youtube works wonders when you dont know something. im a picture and video kinda person i have to have visuals pretty much. i wanna do painting but id rather do auto mechanics. i mean i can do the same stuff but i have to be certified to work at ups as a mechanic. then i can make the big bucks. 90k plus a year thats what im aiming for. my classes start next year but paint will always be a hobby now.

looks ok do not like the zebra paint unless u are going to do the whole car. i just do not like yellow paint on cars. why are the rims different colors.

wow good luck in the autobody industry. i am going to school for that right now and it is a blast. Totally worth it.

nah those are unfinished pics my camera phone broke and i just got a new one the cars gone now. but i wanna do mechanics not autobody i like auto body and all but its fun and i dont wanna do it for a living cause i will begin to hate it. its gold not yellow gold with gold flakes and black with gold flakes and the wheels werent done cause the rear wheels i didnt get my good tires on it yet when the were off i painted them cause i didnt wanna overspray cause it a pita to get off rubber. but thanks for the comp!
