Trans Fluid Change How-To?

instead of paying $100 like I did last time for a transmission fluid change, I think I am brave enough to attempt it by myself. However, I don't know exactly where to start with it. Anybody ever done a "how-to"? It would be super appreciated!

Car's fluid was last changed at 90,000 and I am now at 165,000 so I think it is due. I firmly believe changing it when I first bought it is what kept it going to this point. Also, is the general consensus that Dexron VI is the absolute best fluid to use even in an older, worn transmission?

I used ramps, it made it pretty easy to get the fuild out.
