Borla Cat-back Exhaust

Has anyone installed the Borla Cat-back exhaust made for the alero by themselves? How difficult is it to do? I'm fairly mechanically inclined but an exhaust is something I've never had to do. I just ordered it so any help on this topic would be appreciated.

can you weld? if not, then just clamp it like the SLP setup. As long as you have a "Saws-All" to cut off the factory stuff you should be fine.

If you're mechanically inclined, I don't think you'll have any problem. I had the help of one other person when I put mine on, but I could have handled it myself. We used a dremel tool to cut off the old system, which obviously wasn't the best tool for the job, but it worked (after burning through several cutting wheels). We used the clamps to secure the Borla. The hardest thing was fishing it around the rear suspension area. The higher the car is jacked up, the easier that will be.

I just put the exhaust on last weekend and it was so easy. It sounds really good and performs a lot better. For even more difference I'll have to change the converter coming from the manifold but thats something for the future.
