Someone should just make a big sticker I think they would make good money on it.

big sticker? ever had the bezel out of the housing? it would be a lot easier to paint it with as many nicks and crannys there is on the thing

It could be like a window-cling! Just lay it on the clear housing, press and Voila! "Authentic Painted-Bezel Look!" LOL

^^ I thought about that too

I never put mine on since red in the headlights would be illegal in PA. I was thinking about doing a white set

Same as mobs and 2000, I put on 4 thin coats, 15 minutes betwen coats. Cleaned the bezels really good, no sanding, then shot them using Klylon Fusion, high gloss. Turned out nice IMO, with a semi-gloss finish.

I've been thinking about that, Ken. I think if you read them laws to the letter, I think it means that there can be no red lighting. If you painted your bezels to match your car, your lighting would still be as-per state and DOT law. Nothin' they can do about color-accenting the bezel, it's as insignificant as the molding on our doors. That said, I'm kinda glad you didn't go with red bezels. The cleared set looks clean, like it belongs. Red bezels would be too much IMO.
