Will It Fit???

I was wondering if the new Pioneer AVH-P6600DVD In-Dash LCD Screen/DVD player will fit in my car.. 2003 Olds Alero. I went on crutchfield, and its saying its not goin to fit...hmmm, that would suck, cause i was goin to buy that. SO i was wondering if anyone had that in their car or knows anyone that does.

im sure the only reason they say it wont fit cause of that black plastic everyone cuts out in the back, 9 out of 10 people hafta cut it out no matter what type of deck they buy, im not totally sure.......

i have the 7300, look up the length on my deck and match it with the one you wanna buy and if they are the same length it will fit.....

It might fit if you remove that black plastic behind but there is a steel pipe right behind that that you won't want to mess with.
