i want to install my alarm, ive done a couple alarm/starters before. i use to have a book with all the wires colors and locations of every possible wire you'd need, told you ALL the important information you needed to know about installing the alarm
anyone have all this info? i think mine was called the omega book...ill also install this with my brother, who's done about 10 alarm's, 4 starters, so we do know a little about what were doing, but knowing all that info before hand helps alot
thanks

^^ What wires do I hook up a air horn to, so it goes "beep, beep, beep" instead of BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPP PPPPPPPPPPPPPP
I want to get it to make my alarm louder, and will this blow out my alarm fuses or short it out?

find out what kind of alarm siren you have, buy another. almost all decent brains can handle running 2 sirens, hook them in parellel.
make sure the siren has a clear path to the pavement too. i havn't put mine in yet, so i dont know were that is, but the siren needs to point down, and have nothing directly in its way till it hits the ground to be its loudest.

i HEARD that the passlock II bypass module was a little box, you have to stick a spare key in and turn, then hide the box....sounds dumb to me, but thats what my friend said, maybe there's different types

No...that is the 556U your friend is talking about and that is used mainly for Dodge/Chrysler vehicles. You put a key in it because the ignition cylinder has to read the resistence from the chip inside the key and if there is no key there then it won't start...you COULD just leave a key in the ignition all the time but then your car would get stolen..so you put the key in the 556U module and it sends the resistence up to the ignition cylinder and tricks it into thinking there's a key in it so it'll start when you hit the button. Once again..that is only for dodge/chrysler/jeep applications(and some others) and it is not a Passlock II module..Passlock II is a GM application.
