Does anybody know the offset of the factory rims, and are they 16x6 or by 7, I finally found a set of rims I like, they are 17x8 5x115 bolt pattern, and +38mm offset?

It takes 5 wrenches to install these rims. So says the PFYC website...
"Installation Difficulty: 5 wrenches"

It's only 5 wrenches because you need a shop or a wheel shop to install them

Number of wrenches, level of difficulty to install. Has nothing to do with the lugnuts :P

I imagine the five wrenches are because you need to put tires on the rims. They don't come with tires.
