These are now available so you can paint your tails like this.....through Alerostyle.
These are the paint masks from my tails. All you do is apply the paint masks then paint your tails. These are $25 mailed to you.

This may be a stupid question, but is this paint applied to the outside like the tinting people have been talking about, or have these tails been taken apart to do this. I'm just wondering, if it is on the outside, does it scratch off easily. I live in the north with lots of snow, salt, and ice in the winter..just wondering how if any that would affect it. Definiately interested though, if its not too hard to do.

Ok, for all the people with questions......
These are paint masks. They are the masks that allow to you to do this design exactly. You apply the paint masks and then take your lenses in and have them painted to match your car or paint them yourself. Then you remove the paint masks and the area that is masked off remains not painted.

probably. i just picked up a set of straight up circles...think of corvette look. so those are in the computer and could be done up.

you can get a template off of PFYC (circles, ovals, stuff like that). It is for headlights but, i used it for my taillights.....
This is a nice design....

i'd liek to see that cobalt/ corvette look on the ole ho. maybe a reverse skyline type of circle too
