ok, so -alero- is too lazy to pull every fuse, and he checked the fuse for foglamps and horn, and they were fine... could any other fuse cause this?

also the blinkers dim when the fog switch is turned on, and the blinkers blink faster than normal.

hm...you thought of checking the emergency light switch....seeing as you have checked everything else........this may produce some weird things......might just want to give it a check....

bad ground near the driver strut tower.... thanks for your help everyone, a mod can close this.
