Mine all blew at once back in january, basically after you unscrew it it should just pop out, are you sure there isn't 3 screws? if I can remember correctly there was one on each side and one in the middle, but I could be wrong, I just remember it not being hard at all to replace.

As for which light you need, just go to your local parts store and tell them make and model and they'll bring it up on their computer for ya.

After you take the two nuts off there is a tab on each end of the housing that you need to press inward (you only need to push one) then pull the assembly out. Now you can unclip the red reflective piece (don't break the clips) and you'll be able to get at the 3 bulbs from the front, but they're in there pretty tight, so you might want to unscrew the 3 torx screws from the back of the plastic piece that holds the 3 bulbs in to get at them easier. Much easier than it sounds. I can post 'how to' pics tonight if needed. The bulb number for those is 921.
