Is It Fixable

I just noticed after someone hit my friends 05 subaru WRX in the school parking lot that my little license plate light is hanging over my license plate...Im thinking its do to all the base cus it looks like some of it is missing pieces and a screw is missing..Is this fixable with a little tape or sumthing....Everytime i drive its dangling down over my license plate which is pissin me off...

If their is anyway i could fix this it looks like it still works any help would be great....

well i put a bunch of ducktape on it and it seems to be doing the trick until i figure out how to fix it...

can you put another screw in there? or is that not going to work?

I snapped mine before.. just went to the junkyard and got a whole new bracket. They let me take it for free.

the ducktape works for now...I can pull it all the way out....I may get a new one but i dont see a place to screw it in cus im missing a bunch of pieces
