my buddy jason has a 01 mustang GT and he has a set of 20z that he says will fit my car because they are a fwd offset..which they are...questions are will they be too wide they dont stick out or have a lip.. arelli sprigas i think they are 20x8.5 and hes running superlow profile...hes offering me a deal so thats y im asking what tire size will i need i think the tires are 225/35zr20s..those should work right?

Too bad they won't fit. That mustang has a bolt pattern of 5-114 and we have a bolt pattern of 5-115. I just saved you the time and the hassel.....free of charge...lol.

won't fit. Too wide. Might be able to squeeze 8's in there, but not 8.5's.

Mustang wheels fit.. they have 114.3mm and we have 115mm.. .7mm difference wow. its already been discussed so many times. I dunno about the 8.5" width.. I got 20's on my alero but their 7.5" wide w/ 225/35/20 tires.

But i dunno I've seen some people with 8.5" width 20's on ga/aleros some people has to use adaptors so they wheel won't rub the struts and some didn't. so like the double0alero said.. ask him for you to try on his wheels first.

thanx for the info guys..yeah he was gonna bring em by tommorow i think i'll just try to find somethin i know will fit..aftermath where did u get your 20s? im debating btw 18z,19z or 20z...

my old 18's were the same wheels.. then when i found out they were making 20's in the same wheels i ordered them.

Like everything else i get for my car.. ebay or an online website.
