I put on some new muffler tips today on the stock exhaust. they look great just that the exhaust hangs down a bit way too much and dosent look good. Is there anyway that i can adjust the hight of the exhaust to be level with the notch in the bumper?

yea the only way that i can think to get rid of that gap besdies a new exhaust would be to cut the hangers on the muffler, move it up (if thats even possible) and then reweld. all that = PITA

not sure if it applies in Croatia, but I know in some European countries you can't just do anything you want with your car without going through major PITA with the equivalent of DOT to get it approved.
If you're hell-bent on keeping your exhaust stock and just using tips, I recommend you have the pipes removed just after the muff-ler and have em bent to come out where you want them.
Keep in mind if you do that, I dont know what the heat will do to the paint or polyeurathane bumper cover.
Either way, good luck bro.

I just got a new exhaust right off ebay. It was a whopping $25 and it kinda looks stock. It definitely gave my car a nice rumbley sound when it idles. People definitely turn to look. You can't tell from the pic, but it is flush with the rear bumper, it's not sticking out like a ricey you know what.
Oh yeah, my bumper is fine too.

if you're gonna go aftermarket, may as well do dual setup...way nice IMO
*edit* the tips are equal, and i know, my bumper is smashed...thats what happens what a 1/2 ton truck tries to park in it in -50C weather
