I'm not exactly sure how I cam across this site but i'm glad I did. I've been interested in the Alero since the first time that I had one as a rental. I just got mine about 3 weeks ago and me and my wife love it. The specs on my Alero are as follows:

01' Alero GL Coupe (Silver)
2.4L Twin Cam - Automatic
28xxx KM on the motor
All stock parts (for now)

I'm hoping that with the help and knowledge of people here, I will be able to tune this car good, not too crazy. My plans are to get the GM s/c and with some engine work, bolt ons, and exhaust that I can get this baby to around 230-250hp hopefully. I look forward to getting input on my questions from everybody.

Welsome to Aleromod Siether!!!!

this is such a great resource for Alero's. A great car With people who are just as enthusiastic. Check out Gm performance parts. So many capabilities. If you need help, just ask. The mebers here haven'y let me down yet. Nothing but help so far.

Welcome to the site. If you want just a little quick/cheap performance now buy a Wai on Ebay for the 2.4 cavalier should be listed for the Z24 Cavalier with 2.4 should only cost you 30 or 40 bucks.
