I have an '02 Alero 2.2 Ecotec and I was wanting to know if the factory radio from the Alero will work in my friends '97 Pontiac Sunfire? The Sunfire don't have a cd player now and I was wondering if it would work if now she will just have to get an aftermarket cd player. Thanks please post or email me at short_gomez88@hotmail.com

i think it has something to do with the anti-theft feature and programming. its not just plug and play.
