yeah how about the toronado with the 455 in it, its like a 17.7, thats really sad for a huge engine like that, funny how everyone thinks that the bigger the engine the faster it is

Gotta remember that back then it was more about fuel economy than racing ability. The 1973 fuel crisis pretty much did away with all but the 6.6 Firebirds. Plus those big cars were heavier than my ex-g/f Candace after she married and popped out her 3rd kid (Ouch! Did I say that out loud?).
