Just a recommendation.
Oem fogs aren't that great.
Here's my reasoning.
My car came with 1 cracked fog, dealer promised to replace it. Denied any mentioning of replacing it 2 weeks later.
SO i have a cracked fog, it burns out quickly due to moisture. Just over a year later, the bezel inside that housing is mint. Yet my other fog which isn't cracked and allegedly sealed, has a chrome bezel that is corroded and pitted.
Not to mention they don't add much for visibility.
GO with a good quality after market. It will actually be worth the money you spend rather than spending more money for the OEM crap. As far as the switch, any switch will work. If I didn't have the OEM fog light switch, I'd go to the junk yard.
That's what I did for my fiero. Same thing for the read defroster.
Good luck.

^^ does anyone have these on their car or have seen them on an alero...i wonder if they look ok with the stock bumper...the reason i ask is because i asked the same question before and people said nothing really looks good but the OEM fogs.

never seen them on an alero, but to me they look pretty close to stock. if someone was that curious, they could buy them, and temp mount them, and send them back if they didnt like them.

Are you a fan of the Trailer Park Boys?
I like those fogs as well.. Mine have already got cracked after about 1 years use so I may pick up some like that to replace these ones. Whenever I get around to it!
