Ill be running a 2 channel 900 watt kenwood amp http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2501
to each subwoofer.

id go with the 4 ohm subs cuz if you get the 2 ohm subs and you dont wire the subs correctly, you will convert the 2 ohm subs into 1 ohm when you connect them to the amp and will eventually blow up the amp. i say this cuz i just did it a few months ago and had to get a kenwood 1800 watt 1 ohm stable amp to handle my 2 ohm subs.

get the dual 2 ohm, and wire the voice coils for each one in series. if u get the dual 4 ohm, you'll never get the right impedance for those amps.

All depends on what you are looking to do. If you want a louder sub go with the dual two...this will enable you to wire them for 1ohm or you can wire them for 4ohm, just make sure you amps are 1ohm stable, then make sure you have the power for it cause if you are underpower you will kill you amp, and possibly damage your sub. With the dual 4 you can wire it for 2ohm or 8 but who uses 8 anyway so there you go, and you can play it decently with what you are running, but you still have to consider whether or not you are getting enough power to the amp. Hopes this helps I just didn't have time to elaborate!

Here's a few wiring options
Two 2 ohm = 2ohm load
3154
Two 2 ohm = 8ohm load
3155
Two 4 ohm = 4ohm load

So it looks like that amp is 2 ohm stable. So get the dual 4 ohm sub and wire it so it presents a 2 ohm load. That is if your gettting 2 amps, one for each sub, i think thats what you meant. if not, still get the 4 ohm, just wire it different.

Ignore the 2 guys above my post, they are steering you down the wrong path.
since he is running 1 amp per sub, and each amp is only 4ohm stable, these guides wont help him.
What you need to do is this for each sub and amp combination:

I didn't see the ending of his statement and thought he was using one amp. But misunderstandings happen, even though that amp says it is rated at 4 ohmn's it may very well run at a lower ohmn rating for example my amp is rated at 2 ohmn's stable but i have ran it at 1ohmn for extended periods of time with out any problem what so ever. I do agree with Frank that setup is the best for your application Good luck man

ok, well i got them ordered, and the box is being finished, now i was just wondering if i should bridge the connections to the amp, would it make a difference?

FrankTheTank said it with his last post. Wire each DVC sub up into 4 ohms, just like the picture, and connect them to the bridged output on each amp and you're set.

1, theres no need to run anybody down.
2, your actually right. I was looking at the 2 ohm stable when 2 subs are ran to it, not bridged.:drunk:

All depends on the amp.
Only difference is wiring options.
