Damn! Wonder if that would fit without modifications to my G6. That price is nice!

it's fine
you'll have to use your stock gasket though to block the EGR tube hole

so this will fit, give the same performance, with no modifications other than a new exhaust pipe? just want to clarify before I buy

any tips on custom building the exhaust?
sure. two tips on each side for a total of four would be great. but keep them under 3 inches in diameter please. :p take it to an exhaust shop. tell them you want 2.5" from the cat back, what type of muffler you want, and where you want the tail pipes to come out. if you want somone to build you a set of headers... good luck. and get a high flow cat.

just throw on the header, go to almost any exhaust shop tell em u want 2.5" piping and theyl do it usually around 200. if ur not running a cat tell em 2.5 back from the header and theyll do it, if theyre already doin the piping let em do the muffler while theyre at it. save ur self the work

if you want to go that route. take metal coat hook wires and straighten them. put like 10 together and "trace" your exhaust. take that into the shop, tell them to bend you 2.5" in that shape, and add a flange at the cat end. (use a gasket as a template for the flange)

No cat needed but thats sounds like it shouldnt cost to much for me to do.
