I was talking about this in my Eurodezigns Headlights topic, but figured this might get more attention. Has anyone upgraded their headlight harness to a higher guage. I am thinking about doing this, but want some feedback on difficulity and whatnot. Will I have to take the light apart or can I do it without? Thanks everyone

Yes, i did, but i assembled my own with 14 guage wire, i'm running 80 watt streetglow lo-beams, and 100 watt streetglow hi-beams.

the factory wiring is 20 guage.

It should work just splice the old connector off and crimp the new one on i had aftermarket bulbs and it melted my connectors so i had to replace them its not thast hard taking the bulb out either

If I do this, im going all out, higher guage wiring for the entire light, so the link from ebay would be the entire set. I appreciate the help finally. Thanks
