Uh........an oven is not necessary. Some use a hair dryer but all you really have to do is locate the little clips that attach the lens to the assembly and pry them. If you break them, no biggie because the serve no real purpose. The sealant is what holds the lens on. I recommend, after prying the clips, getting a butter knife and wedging it between the lens and assembly. When it doesn't dig anymore, pry it loose enough to fit your fingers inside. With your fingers in, just slowly pull it apart. It'll be tough in the beginning, but the further you go down, the less resistance you'll have.

The orange reflector just snaps out. Don't be afraid to break it, you're not putting it back. Once out, wipe off the chrome-like part to avoid fingerprints. If ya just want to put it back together at that point, just snugly refit the lens back to the assembly. The correct way, though, is to apply a bead of fresh caulk. Without it, dirt/dust will get inside. The hair dryer may make it easier. It's up to you

its plastic welded together. i used a steak knife to cut it but dont break them. after looking for a half an hour i found the thread.http://www.aleromod.com/forums/showt...=clear+corners. i put my head light assembally in the freezer then chiped all the silicon off. when you put it back together fill the grove in the rear assembly all the way around with silicon, then the chrome bezle, and final drop the cover over and let it set.
