The weather stripping on my '03 is coming off, should I try and glue it back into place or just replace the whole thing? How hard is it to reglue/replace myself? Any idea on costs of the dealership...

I am wanting to switch out my normal rearview mirror for a lighted rearview mirror from another Alero. How hard is this to do? I can feel the hole where the cord would go in but I can't assume it...
