so all of them are bright, except one?
i'd check to make sure the contacts are clean and that they have a proper connection with each other.

ok... so all of them aren't very bright?
and are you looking at it in darkness or daylight? Daylight, I can't see any of my dash lights. I have to close up my garage and block all the windows... Red is kinda hard to see normally, since its at an extreme for our vision. Also, its a harder wavelength for leds to reproduce...
In my experience, reds are always about half the brightness of blues. Just how it is.

Iv noticed that with my underglow, the blue is way more intense then the red. As for the dash lnoticed I noticed a sorta varying brightness of them as if some were covered up and some weren't, now I have the overlays so it's not a prob. The red led's deal your doing is awsome though! I always loved the look in my brothers grand prix.

I've got white leds in my car - in the cluster, shifter, map lights, foot area and dome. I will take pictures, and post in about hour, when I'm back home.
