FALSE, features like speed limiter removed, firmer shifts, and fan cooldown delay take effect the first time you crank you car and drive it, so SOME gains can be seen before the Crankcase Position Relearn is performed but not all of them until did.
Correction.....if all you plan on doing is adding a 180 Stat and that's it, you will NEVER see everything it has to offer. Like Ja 2G said, it's a multiplier, it enhances other upgrades. It can only multiply a WAI so many times, ya know?
