I apologize for piggybacking off your thread but was wondering if anyone had new floor mats that offset the color of your interior for example light interior(slate) with black mats. anyone?

I got the rubber all-weather floormats that say "alero" on them....they're black with neutral interior...i dunno if they look good or not, but I know that they save wear and tear on my other floormats.

if you were to find the white threaded ones i wonder if it would be possible to go over the threaded white lines with a thin layer of... clearcoat for example... or.... i dunno... something that'll keep dirt and stuff from getting ground into the fibers... casue you can't exactly bleach anything that's half black... cause it won't be black for long...

Kurt, try an old olds dealership and ask their parts department if you can still order some from GM. Whenever it is that I ever get my car back, i'll take you a pic of what mine look like...and i'll search for the part number....i got them a long time ago, but i'm really good about keeping reciepts.

sweet!! thanx Brad! that'll be good...the stock floor matts that i have right now look orange from all the red clay down here!! no matter how many times i keep cleaning them....so i figured it would be a hell of a lot easier to get some good rubber ones.

for the white thread mats. You could call up dockers pants company and ask for some of that stain resistence stuff they use on their pants. LOL just an idea
