i agree...... i got the phillips bulbs because i didnt want to pay the price for silverstars but didnt want stock so i figured id try them out.
they are indeed bright and they truely do have a white/bluish tint to them when u look at them in the headlight..... the light they throw on the road isnt quite as "white" but still better than stock.
