what size, if any tweeters would fit in our sail panels already equiped with tweeters?

3/4" is stock - 1" will fit

Depends on the surround - my CDT DRT-25s fit fairly well just without the flush mounts. My current ID NX30s won't even come close to working in there. If you just use the raw tweeters you can fit 1" pretty well.
