couple problems

When i start my car in the morning it works. When i go to wrok and get off work 14 hours later it doesnt start. I have to get a jump. What is the problem? I am not leaving any lights or anything on. Second thing is when im idlin i barely hear a swueak noise but when i accelerate it gets louder Which belt is it? I thought serpentine but i had just had it replaced like a month ago.

how old is the battery? and the alternator? and you sure none of the lights are on? even led underbodies can be hard to see in day light if theyre on
