I dont like the look of that alero dunno if its the vynl, the razzi kit, the dirty looking car, or maybe its just the crapy camera phone pic...

i agree, first off it needs to lose that sticker on the side, then he needs to clear the corners, CLEAN HIS RIMS, take off those tacky wipers(not a big deal, but i noticed it), and tinting the windows would make it look better. oh and lowering the car too.
Just throwing a razzi kit on a car will not make it look better.

i guess if everyone is playing the "this is what i paid game", then,
i got mine for $3,000 with 112,000 miles on it.
i should have bought an ecotec 5 speed with low mileage. but, i'm an idiot.

Well this thread took quite a turn! Well yes that car has some rust on it and was dirty ass hell. I think he is insane to ask that much for his car honestly, but he said he could possibly work on the price. Since we are playing the price game on alero's here I got mine almost 3 years ago with 50k on it for $8200 inculding tax and evrerything. A year later I tried trading it in at a local Chevy dealership for a 99 GTP with 93k on it and they would only give me $3250 for my car. I walked right out and now my car is pretty much worthless now that i have a $2000 scrape on my car thanks to kids that drive around all high and do some Sh#@#.

2 years ago with 60,000 km I paid $15 grand CDN with taxes. Thank you Canada for high used car prices.

Wow. I didn't too bad then. Mine was $12k for 02 V6 coupe and moonroof 58000km, so bout 35000 miles back in December of 05

I paid $8.5K for my GL with 103,000KM on it dec of 05. And that was a deal at the time, everything else was either 10K or higher.

I wonder what mine would go for right now... 130,000km (mostly highway) with 2 seats and a dashboard for the interior right now... *looking at it in the garage* shifter is apparently optional. Think I can get a couple sticks of hubba-bubba for it?

I should have bought the Olds' Aurora the dealership was gonna sell me for $8,000... It was a 1999 fully loaded with the BOSE speaker system... It was NICE!!! and it had less miles than my alero when I bought it and my alero was $2,000 more!!! I would have gotten it, but for some strange reason, my mom said no cause it was a 99...  She had to co-sign so I pretty much had no choice..... and I am paying more for this alero than I should be... lol I got screwed big time... I still owe $8000 on it... |

The only thing that makes those wipers look different from stock is the little tiny red caps on the ends.
Not exactly rice, bad, or tacky if you ask me.
