Has anyone ever had this problem?

Has anyones car ever leaked water. The other day I found a puddle of water in the spare tire well. This would def. expain the smell that I was getting from my trunk for a couple of months. My guess is that the car leaked after a tropical storm that came through Virginia last summer. I had to throw out the insulation that sets below the spare tire and jack. Not that I really need that piece of junk anyways.

I have also had water leak down to my feet while I was driving. This seems pretty crazy seeing that there are a lot of wires down there. I felt a drop of water on my leg while driving one time. I reached down to feel around and found there there was water I guess trickling down from somewhere inside my dash.

Just thought I would ask...Thanks

Yep happened to me, that would be your side vent inside your trunk that is leaking. Right after I got the car i went to check the spare tire and stuff and i found well over a gallon of water just sitting there.

I think what the dealership did to fix it was just by caulking around the vent I beleive.
