I used to have that problem in my old car. I had about a 60% chance if getting shocked EVERY time I got out of the car. I live near the ocean so it's always humid here. I haven't had that problem since I got my Alero but I did change out the floor mats like the second day I had it. No idea if that would help but your feet are probably the part that's rubbing and generating the static. Anyone with siblings knows how that works...
