want to see HID's
i am thinking about getting the 8000k HID kit from my friend's store. before i get it (it will be awhile i'm broke) i want to see what they look like in an alero in the day and night. if you guys could post pics of day and nights and the kelvins that would be great.

Isn't there only one set of projectors out there for the Alero that Anderbra made or something?
I remember that guy with the Maroon A3D Alero had them at one point at least.

Hah, 4300°K (left) is much brighter than 6000°K (right).
I don't know how accurate the pics come out due to how different cameras adjust their white balance...

i believe you are wrong, the higher the kelvins the brighter they are. kelvins is a measure of heat. example. a regular house hold light bulb gives a very soft light, very yellow or orange. a halogen burns hotter and the temperature is hotter and so you get a whiter light. a flourecent light burns even hotter and you get an extreme white or in some cases a bit of blue. or you can think of a dimmer switch. as you increase the power, the tungsten filament gets hotter and the light bulb gets brighter. trust me, i have been selling lights at my work for almost two years, i know what i'm talking about.

Actually no, You should look this up before you post on it. The lower °K HIDs output more lumens.
