I would leave it on if it wasnt making marks in my bumper. Is there anything i can do to stop it from making marks besides taking it off.

well its going to keep making marks, and it will look stupid with all these white lines on the bumper

I'm not understanding how a license plate frame is making scratches on the bumper that are visible. Why don't you just tighten it up so it maybe doesn't move if thats what its doing and be done with it.

because behind the plate there are some weird things holding the black part on. i dont think there is a tool to use for it...

Here is something that might be easier for you...but judging by the drilling confusion...probably not...
Why not go with a bodykit..I know more expensive then your time, but you have a better excuse for no front plate  . or
Take it to a shop and see what they would recommend for the plate holder so it doesn't make you bumper look like crap or post up some pics of what you're talking about so we can help you out and keep you out of trouble.
Granted, Alero's with no front plates look much smoother. GL

It won't make holes larger that a stir straw if you can hold a drill correctly

Um did anyone tell him not to use a bit the size of the rivet head? Don't they make you take metal shop anymore in Junior High? They didn't make us do much but we had to rivet the handles on our dustpans...
