Squeakin' brakes

I recently installed new Performance Friction pads, onto my Brembo OEM rotors, which have <10,000 miles on them. I also bled the brakes while installing the pads. I now have a nasty squeak, that sounds like an old rickety door shutting. What could be the culprit?

Also, I was told during an inspection that the front rotors needed to be turned. Can I do this to the Brembos, and might that be causing the squeaking?

Thanks for the help!

i dont think slotted or cross drilled rotors can be turned as it takes away from the integrity of the rotor. if you got brake part cleaner on the rotor that is quite possibly your squeak.

if they're just stock replacement brembo rotors then you can turn them as long as they are thick enough to be turned.
