all the stuff about suspension...it doesn't matter about the engine dude. But yeah, the links those guys gave are all good to check out. Any engine mod (internal or external) that can be done on the LD9 in the Slutfire or the Cav can be done on the Alero's LD9.

Suspension and brakes: You could start with KYB AGX struts, Sprint or Intrax springs, Speedbuilt sway bars and strut braces. Then you could swap your front brakes to Corvette calipers and Camaro drilled and/or slotted rotors, Goodrich stainless brake lines, new brake fluid, get some drilled and/or slotted rotors for the rear and some Hawk or EBC brake pads at all 4 corners.
For your engine, there's all kinds of things you can do. Look for anything for a Cavalier or Sunfire 2.4 engine, it's the same one as in the Alero and will all work the same.

Only prob is that you cant cool the our carger unless you use meth. injection or nitrious. No intercooler. It would be cool if we could built a ld9 for a m92 and a turbo. The m92 has been done and of course the turbo but, putting the two together so they would be efficnet would be something else huh?

Twin charged LD9
Yeah a twin charged setup would be very costly. Not only would have to build a custom inter cooler for the supercharger, but you would also need to work on the engine internals. This twin charged setup would be very pricey. But yeah a m92+turbo setup would be crazy

That's why they're all sporting 250hp boosted motors and blowing up all the time.

And just try and tell them why they're wrong and see how fast everyone else jumps on you

Slightly OT, but where did you source your Koni coilovers? I only know of a few sets floating around.
Also, any photos (specifically of the coilovers)?

One guy on JBO did it with the GM charger. It's pushing 280ish hp I think. The turbo blows through an intercooler first before the supercharger. At low boost it's not that big of a deal. Honestly, besides being different and doing all kinds of extra work, I don't see an advantage in twin charging when you can have just a turbo setup put out more power and still be responsive if the turbo is properly sized, but then not everyone shares my opinion.
