split hood
ok, well every 1 in this damn town has lambo doors...so i want to do something bigger...has any 1 on here ever done a split hood???? i want to no exatcly how hard it is. and pics if ya got em pzl

pretty sure no body on here has done that. Depending on how you want it to open, it might look good. Or it might not. I've never seen one in person before.

thats a differant kit...but i want to be differant..and the kit is only 199 from auto loc...im looking for a big change for little money my grampa can help me do it so thats no issue.

itd take cutting hood in half or the design u want prolly reinforce the fender area . but id be afraid ud lose some integraty in the hood and also the nasty looking seam ud have in the middle of ur hood maybe wouldnt be that big but u would see it. ask richie he prolly klnows more and has some pics.

they ust have an illastrated pic dont they i know they made a hood look like bat wings on trick it out a show on mtv so if u can find those cars they did ud be able to see it

i made a list of mods i want to do between this year and next
split hood kit-200$
AAS fenders- 224$
delorian door kit-599$ (probly not tho)
short ram air system- 89$
flowmaster 40 muffler-69$
flowmaster C5 exaust tip- 81$
magnaflow exaust tip part number mpe-35176 (summit)- 52$
pacesetter headers-168$
im trying to narrow my list down becuase im going to be doing thru out the winter...what things should i start with?

^I also agree with meadus. I've seen the split hood in person, not on an Alero, but on a Neon. Hideous looking....
