Optima battery part #?
I am wanting to order a red or yellow top and some of yall on here have them.... Problem is i scoured the optima website and it says it makes no products for my vehicle, or similar vehicles i looked through (GA, cavvy, etc)
I also called some suppliers here (we get stuff MUCH cheaper through our charge accounts at the business) and they were like "i dunno durrhhh"
Anyways can some one tell me the part numbers or for what cars they are listed under???
---on a side note---
could i take this battery out & with me to another similar little car... say a 2SS supercharged Cobalt or tC?

my lights fade a lil as is and im upgrading my amp also. I dont wanna put too much money into this car on unique mods i cant transfer over so im going to replace the battery and upgrade the wiring for now.
Yellow is what i wanted.. so part number? i cant find it ANYWHERE. And do you think i can transfer it to my next lil car i want? like a cobalt or something? i mean, hell, i dont get charged a dime for any labor so yeh.

thats exactly what i just ordered... SO glad to hear it will work. I got it from Pep Boys.. but since its going on my daddy's business charge account, i got it for just a tad over 100. not bad considering the Interstate MTP-75's are priced as LIST at about $99. Got her to send me some beefier wiring as well. WOOT

Yeah not a bad price at all.
I paid $135 for the Red and over $200 for the Yellow at Sears after taxes

Damn do those batteries jack your car up if you have a flat. Thats alot for a battery. Id go without a system for that price.

i have a red top in my garage i used for less than a month i will sell you for like $75 and some shipping...or you can just plan a short road trip with a few friends

Yeah watch out on that shipping Double. Hazmat costs extra. Although they are drycell.
I paid 160 taxes and all for my yellow.
Pawz got the best price I have heard for a new one.

i paid like 230 for my yellow top and got like 20-30 back with old battery so bout 200 for mine

mine is just a $10 core.. im keeping my old battery though to swap out when i sell it in a few months.

yea, so im bringing this thread back..... I need to get a battery now, and i want to get a optima, but if its going to cost $200 for a damn battery i might just buy a regular one. I do have a system and i want an optima so i can go to the drive ins with my car and not have to worry about it dieing on me.
Anybody have any optimas for sale? :-)
