well the show OSV was dropped 1.5-2 inches and you have 5.5" to the ground on the front, about 5" on the side and 10" in the rear

ok so for those of us with already dropped ho's, the pic of the red and green osv are a good visual idea on how the cars are going to sit with the kits since the green one there already has the 1.5" - 2" drop that some of us already got

it attaches to the impact bar in the rear. kinda like with a long L bracket.

oph FYI on the exhaust cutouts...........these will have to wait to be produced until after the rear bumper is made that way the 2 items match. But i will check on a supplier. These tips probably be made out of sheetmetal if you want them cheap cause the cast alum orginal piece would be more costly to make.

looks like the metal is a bit thinker than your average sheet metal and if we want this to look as close to the original osv's then to avoid making it look goofy, better off with thinker metal, but that would have to be a mutual agreement with all of us on how that is made

Thank you Scot for posting the measurements and pics to eliminate any confusion.
It works well having a guy that does machine work for a living.

a custom job will have to be done to fit a muffler under there. i would have to put my car up on a hoist and take a good look to see how everything will run and a good place to put a muffler

I have been busy with school so fell behind on following this progress. I would be also interested in getting in on this kit with the spoiler as well. I have access to the money whenever it is needed so that means I am serious.

Well, If you put large enough pipe on it and use a resonator (Moroso Spiral-Flow works well for me) it isn't too bad, personal taste i guess.

Once we get something worked out, I can see if i can get the tip(s) made by the guy who did the ones on the XLR. I still have his business card.
My only reservation with getting this is what happens if something isn't right with it? Do they guarantee it? If they do, I'm in for the whole package. Both my bumpers need replacing anyways.

Wow ... I'm glad to see that there is progress being made on this. While I can not participate now because of lack of enough funds, I am happy that there are enough of you who can. Perhaps fortune will smile on me after the first of the year. I like each aspect of this kit including the rear lip on the trunk.

I'm strongly interested in the spoiler only...due to the fact I already have a bodykit. If I can unload my AAS kit I may be interested in this as a replacement.
But I may have to put this on the back burner altogether due to a supercharger.
I'll keep you updated Andy.

apparently there should not be a problem, so you would not need to sell the osv sides lol
