Unknown Toggle Switch?

Hey I was looking by the pedals in my car today and noticed on the black plastic under the steering wheel there is a toggle switch that says Off and On, it is very tiny. Anyone know what this does?

prolly something the previous owner added, as its nothing stock on the car. maybe something like a fog light switch, or they wired up neons, something like that. try tracing the wire (if there is still one hooked up to it) and see where it goes...

My autostarter has a on/off switch under the dash, so you can disable it. It might be the same for yours
